I know Lightbox2 supports imagecache and imagefield, but what would it take to provide support for the IMCEimage CCK field?
I looked at doing this myself, but I'm not all great with that level of PHP programming just yet.

IMCEimage CCK field (http://drupal.org/project/imceimage) currently isn't supported. I'll look into it but to be honest it won't be for at least another month, after Drupalcon Paris.
